5. Where’s the dog?                                                                      In the back of the car.

6. What’s the man doing?                                                           He’s looking in a mirror.

7. Ann is in this group of people. Where is she?                    At the front.

8. Tom is at the cinema. Where is he sitting?                        In the back row.

9. A. Where’s the post office?                                                    On the left.

9. B. And the bank?                                                                     On the right.

10. Where does Kate work?                                                       On a farm

1. It was a lovely day. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky.

2. In most countries people drive on the right.

3. What is the tallest building in the world?

4. I usually buy a newspaper on my way to work in the morning.

5. San Francisco is on the west coast of the United States.

6. We went to the theatre last night. We had seats in the front row.

7. I couldn’t hear the teacher very well. She spoke quietly and I was sitting at the back of the class.

8. When you send a letter, it is a good idea to write your name and address on the back of the envelope.

2. If you walk to the end of the street, you will see a small shop at the corner.

3. Is Tom in this photograph? I can’t find him.

4. My office is on the first floor. It’s on the left as you come out of the lift.

5. We normally use the front entrance but there’s another entrance at the back.

6. A: Is there anything interesting in the paper today?

6. B: Well, there is an unusual photograph on the back page.

7. I love to look up at the stars in the sky at night.
